Return Policy - The Chic Collegiate


To make a return and/or exchange, please read our return policy below and follow instructions. Order invoice must be included if returning.

  • Email if requesting a return. All returns must be confirmed via email before being sent.
  • Merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your shipment (any returns postmarked after 7 days from delivery are subject to a 10% restocking fee).
  • Merchandise must have tags still attached, be unworn, unwashed, scent free (no perfume, smoke, etc.), and stain free.
  • Damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving the order. If manufacturer fault is to blame, a refund will be issued or an exchange can be done.
  • Once return has been delivered, 3-5 business days are needed for processing. 
  • An email confirmation will be sent when the refund has been issued. If exchanging, we cannot guarantee the item will be in stock when return is processed.

Shipping Instructions:

  • Customer is responsible for funding the cost of shipment. It is highly recommended to purchase tracking/insurance to provide when product is shipped. 

Items Excluded From Returns:

  • Individual chenille patches cannot be returned
  • Custom orders cannot be returned
